Rezwana Karim comes to us following her successful PhD at Cornell University where she focused on how cells adapt to nutrient deprivation with a particular focus on lipid metabolism. Starting on October 17, 2024, Rezwana will now delve headfirst into the world of target identification and validation for cardiovascular disease using her background in protein biochemistry while growing her expertise using our molecular, gene-editing, and physiological approaches.
